ITS COVID-19 Response
We’re all grappling with a difficult issue, and our prayers go out to all who have been affected by the outbreak of COVID-19.
Innovative Technology Solutions (ITS) understands that for many of you, your business operations are not shut down. ITS will be sending most of our associates home from our Lenexa Kansas location to work virtually for the health and well-being of our customers and team in compliance with the state guidelines. We want you to know that we will remain open for business via phone, email, and our website. Our Tulsa and Little Rock locations are still operating under standard practices.
Our parts counter in Lenexa will still be open during normal working hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM M-F. There will be a pickup table located 6 plus feet from our associates for you to sign for and pick up parts.
If you need updates about current orders, you need estimates for your jobs in progress, or new bids we are available to review your construction plans / project requirements. We can send you product specification sheets or catalogs electronically should you need them. Our manufacturers are still open, manufacturing goods and operating in similar modes.
In order to maintain business continuity, our team is capable of continued connection with you via:

- Virtual site visits and surveys instead of in-person site visits
